What can you expect when you see a physio?
A thorough history & examination enables the physiotherapist to make an accurate diagnosis & start the most appropriate treatment as soon as possible. We will talk to about the history of your injury, general health and family history.
To get the full picture, we may write you a referral for an x-ray or MRI. If your injury is not resolving in the time & manner we have discussed with you, we will refer you to a specialist in that area for their opinion and examination.
When you meet our physiotherapists, you will receive injury management guided by the latestevidence based research together with the practitioner’s experience. Our treatment, is exercise-based and involves hands-on manual therapy.
Whether you are returning to work, surfing or running a marathon in the Antarctic your rehabilitation plan will be specific & focus on strategies that will prevent your injury from recurring.
Injury prevention is a large part of what we do. We provide screening for athletes in “pre-season” so they are able to make changes before training and competing begins. Exercise based rehabilitation programs together with strapping, bracing & other strategies can be provided for your sport or activity.

Dr. Geo Paul Thuruthiyil (PT)

Having worked with various Sports Teams he has a wide and extensive range of experience and postgraduate education in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal injuries sustained in sport, training and everyday life. Combining a range of skills; including joint manipulation, taping and exercise therapy, he rehabilitates the 'whole' individual to ensure clients recover and feel empowered to prevent a recurrence.

Akanksha Badola
B.Sc, M.Sc.Nutrition and Dietetics
Akanksha is a privately practicing Registered Dietitian with experience in both clinical and community nutrition. She works in partnership with her clients to help them make easy, evidence-based changes that ultimately result in a healthier diet and healthier lifestyle. She has served as the Dietitian, counseling clients on heart-healthy eating habits to help prevent and manage chronic diseases like stroke, heart disease, and diabetes.
She also have experience working with world class athletes and have played a very important role in their nutritional counselling.
Dr. Sonu Paul (PT) BPT, MIAP, KAPC
PG Diploma in fitness & health promotion (Canada)
Dr. Sonu has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2010. He is with diverse athletic background that has influenced and shaped the way he trains clients. He enjoys functional training, doing multi-joint exercises that require you to use your core. A typical workout of his will include a variety of equipment: the TRX Suspension Trainer, kettle bells, free weights, even body weight exercises. He has worked with student athletes, metabolic clients at Sports Club, Various Gym and people who just want to lose weight and improve their fitness.
Lalhmangaihi Zote

As a Dietitian, she provided one-on-one counseling to clients on a wide range of issues including: weight management, high blood pressure control, diabetes etc.work with clients, keeping in mind their unique situations, goals, and personal preferences, to identify realistic, achievable lifestyle adjustments that will help them incorporate foods they enjoy into a long-term healthy eating pattern. Zote provides her clients with the knowledge and tools they need to make good, balanced choices in any situation rather than focusing on meal plans, fad diets, or 'super' foods.
Dr.Ashbin John (PT)
BPT, MPT(SPORTS MEDICINE), MIAP
Dr. Ashbin has developed extensive skills in the management of acute and chronic conditions and sports injuries.He is also a qualified kinesio taping practitioner, implementing and leading rehabilitation classes, in addition to individual treatment programmes. He is committed to on-going development having attended various courses including biomechanics and muscle energy techniques.He also have experience working with leading physiotherapist for past few years.
Arun Menon
ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer
​Arun Menon is a fitness enthusiast and an internationally certified fitness trainer. He is a qualified trainer from International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).He is also a First Aid and CPR qualified expert. He has been in fitness since last six years. He has been taking seminars about fitness in corporates and schools. He has a sports background and is involved in different fitness activities.
